Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
- Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating with optical measurements to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
