Role Summary

As a Sales Associate at LensCrafters, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading optical retailer and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solutions.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
  • Basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
