Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a key member of our commercial roofing team, you will be responsible for supervising multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute successful projects. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to order project materials, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate roofing crews to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to manage project materials and logistics
  • Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork for projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers and employees to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or field supervision in the commercial roofing industry
  • Leadership, management, and project management skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel, and overtime as needed
