POSITION OVERVIEW
Engages, develops, and manages a diverse portfolio of professional banking clients, with a focus on high net worth individuals and their associated enterprises. Delivers comprehensive banking solutions including loans, deposits, and cash management services. Responsibilities encompass credit extension (primarily consumer, with some commercial), providing deposit services, offering financial advice, and ensuring clients are informed about available services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Directly oversee a designated group of clients, enhancing customer satisfaction. Maintain and service existing accounts in line with departmental profitability and credit quality objectives. Analyze client assets and collaborate with our Wealth Management Group to deliver tailored investment advice. Participate in community engagement initiatives. Establish and negotiate terms with borrowers. Approve or decline loan applications. Prepare and present loan proposals exceeding lending limits to senior management or loan committees. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and stay updated on changes in federal lending requirements. Monitor loan repayments and initiate appropriate collection actions. Actively engage in business development efforts. Generate and nurture new business relationships. Promote additional bank products.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Windows XP, MS Word, and MS Excel is required. Experience in lending is preferred.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Proficient in speaking effectively before groups of clients or employees.
MATHEMATICAL APTITUDE
Ability to perform calculations and conduct spreadsheet analyses.
REASONING SKILLS
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form. Capable of addressing problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
