Job Summary
A Client Banking Consultant I - Float is responsible for traveling between designated branches to deliver high-quality, prompt, and professional financial services to clients.
This role involves engaging with customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service as they enter the branches, and assisting them in achieving their financial objectives.
The consultant will accurately and efficiently process financial transactions while upholding operational standards and supporting the team in reaching branch performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance:
Contribute to team efforts aimed at achieving growth targets in financial performance, including deposits, loans, and non-interest income, while facilitating primary client acquisition.
Proactively identify and connect clients with the appropriate team members to meet growth objectives and implement successful sales strategies.
Client Experience:
Ensure a positive client experience by addressing account inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints through effective research and communication.
Deliver client engagement and education, and meet behavioral activity goals as outlined by Retail Leadership, including referrals.
Management:
Accurately and promptly process daily financial transactions, aiming for zero controllable preventable losses.
Understand and comply with all relevant bank policies and regulations, while undertaking special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance standards associated with the role and complete all required compliance training.
Maintain accountability for compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) is required.
0 - 3 years of experience in customer service and sales is required.
Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
