Position Responsibilities:

The Senior Service Technician will be responsible for:

  • Conducting start-up, warranty, preventive maintenance, and repairs on chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, and related systems.
  • Identifying and addressing equipment replacement needs while providing guidance on proper equipment usage.
  • Performing equipment startup and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Setting up communication between equipment and troubleshooting interfaces with Building Management Systems.
  • Updating system software and providing training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with HVAC systems, particularly chillers and cooling towers.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • A clean driving record and proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Relevant certifications in HVAC, EPA, or electrical systems are preferred.

Work Environment:

This position requires travel and may involve working overtime as needed. Adherence to safety protocols and company policies is essential.
