Job Summary:

The Customer Service Lead is a key member of the FedEx Office and Print Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be the face of our company, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, ensuring accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

The Customer Service Lead will work in a retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. The role requires standing for extended periods, moving and lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
