Job Overview

Job Category: Hourly, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or hydraulic maintenance.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience in conducting facility assessments.
  • Familiarity with vendor and supplier engagement.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies as needed.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work a full day in a physically demanding environment.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and managing essential services such as reception, security, cleaning, waste management, and parking.
  • Conduct and document routine inspections of the facility.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Oversee environmental health and safety initiatives.
  • Ensure the security of the facility.
  • Support energy management efforts and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Respond to alarms and system failures promptly.
  • Address requests and issues from facility staff in a timely manner.
  • Oversee repairs and monitor machinery performance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and order parts as necessary.

Compensation: The Facilities Associate position is a full-time hourly role with compensation based on qualifications and experience. All salary and compensation packages are subject to applicable labor laws and company policies.

Job Classification: The Facilities Associate position is classified as a full-time, hourly, FLSA non-exempt role. This position is designated as Safety Sensitive.

All positions are subject to drug/alcohol screenings as per company policy.
