Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new properties for our company, as well as nurturing relationships with potential buyers.
To excel in this position, you should possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a knack for establishing strong connections with homeowners and investors.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize CRM software to track contact interactions and monitor sales processes
- Facilitate contract negotiations by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Respond to leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Assess property value and condition through research, outreach, and market trends
- Ensure smooth transactions between buyers and sellers
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Over 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work in an office environment and live in the Nashville, TN area
