The role of the Senior Custodial Supervisor is pivotal in overseeing the custodial staff within the Veterinary Services department. This position is responsible for managing weekend and evening shifts, ensuring that all cleaning and sanitation protocols are adhered to with the utmost precision.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Act as the primary lead for custodial personnel, developing and implementing training programs for new hires, while also creating and managing work schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met across all hospital areas.
- Operational Support: Provide backup cleaning services as needed, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the supply inventory, ensuring that all custodial areas are stocked with necessary cleaning materials.
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in a commercial cleaning environment. Preferred candidates will have experience in a medical setting and familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning methodologies.
