In light of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Physician Recruiter for the Academics Division to join The Medicus Firm, an M3 company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise physician candidates and clients within the academic sector.
  • Source and evaluate physicians by establishing rapport through phone and email communications.
  • Highlight opportunity features, discuss compensation, and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Effectively communicate opportunity details and address inquiries.
  • Lead physician marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns.
  • Consult with clients throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Provide recommendations to clients to enhance search success.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical schools, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals.
  • Ensure consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience required.
  • Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
  • Consultative sales experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
