Overview

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving occupancy at our beautiful 104-apartment Assisted Living & Memory Care community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales coordinators to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including residents, families, and professional partners
  • Conduct sales calls and close sales to meet or exceed established goals
  • Collaborate with regional sales management to develop and execute marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical/pharmaceutical sales
  • Proven track record of generating and closing high-quality leads
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks
