Customer Service and Collections Representative

Insight Global is seeking a professional to join a large financial services company in North Fort Worth, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

This role involves taking inbound calls and returning client calls, addressing a range of topics including account setup, payment status, and statement navigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the Customer Service and Collections team, you will be responsible for providing white-glove customer service, resolving client issues, and escalating complex matters to senior team members. With a focus on collections, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with the collections team to resolve client issues and develop strategies for improvement

Required skills and experience include:

  • High school education
  • Prior work experience, preferably in an office setting
  • Professionalism in speaking and communication
  • Timeliness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have skills and experience include:

  • Prior knowledge of the automotive industry
  • College degree
