We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth, Texas.

About the Role

This is a fully on-site position that requires no prior experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, processing payments, and communicating with buyers regarding purchases, appointments, and equipment pickup post-sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bidder payments and communicate with successful bidders regarding payments, appointments, and pickup processes.
  • Track interactions related to customer requests and proactively report areas of customer concern.
  • Ensure confidentiality while dealing with bidders and consignors.
  • Provide customers with information about upcoming auctions and auxiliary services.
  • Deliver superior customer service at all times to all customers.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.
  • Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety.
Requirements
  • Previous in-person customer service work experience.
  • Experience using computers and the ability to learn new technology/software.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills.
  • A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
  • Able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
  • A friendly, outgoing, patient personality.
  • Ability to thrive working as part of a team and pitch in wherever needed.
