Job Description

You will report directly to the Vice President, Executive and Internal Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility, and be part of a dynamic team with opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for our HR team, focusing on the rollout of our new Human Resources IT platform.
  • Support internal communications and content creation for various channels, including our intranet, emails, Viva Engage, and live/virtual meetings.
  • Design engaging and dynamic mass emails using tools like Poppulo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of our strategies.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
