Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at On-Board Companies. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that engage and inform employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to support business objectives and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate internal communications materials, including newsletters, intranet content, and email announcements
  • Manage and maintain the company intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant to employees
  • Design and implement internal communications campaigns to promote company initiatives and programs
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Experience with internal communications software and tools, including intranet platforms and email marketing systems
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
