Your Role:

As a Sales Excellence Manager at Acne Studios, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing loyal customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving positive business outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless customer interactions and meet individual and store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute omni-channel services to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Welcome and guide customers through the customer cycle, ensuring all details are attended to.
  • Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets while upholding administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • High aspirations and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling knowledge.
  • Fluency in English.
