Inventory Manager

Achieve company inventory management goals by ensuring accurate purchase orders, minimal spoilage and shrink, and optimal Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a replenishment strategy to support supply chain efficiencies.
- Collaborate with shipping, receiving, warehousing, order filling, and inventory control teams.
- Utilize inventory systems to achieve optimal inventory and service levels.
- Manage inventory levels, DSO, aged inventory, obsolete inventory, spoilage, and shrink to meet company goals.
- Work with logistics and inbound planning teams to maximize supply chain efficiencies.
- Process salesforce 360 requests, including NISR and MSR requests, in a timely manner.
- Follow market conditions and execute purchasing initiatives within established corporate and market guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve late or missing purchase orders.
- Respond to Cora requests in a timely manner.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or purchasing.
- Experience working in a retail, wholesale, or distribution environment.
- Inventory management or purchasing experience in a distributor with 10,000+ SKUs preferred.
