The Parts Technician is responsible for efficiently ordering, receiving, issuing, and distributing a diverse range of parts and supplies necessary for the maintenance of our fleet and facilities. In this role, you will gain proficiency in the FASTER fleet management software, liaise with vendors, and oversee parts warranty and core returns. Additionally, you will manage procurement card transactions and prepare monthly reports.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, with hours either from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
Qualifications for the Parts Technician Role:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with parts
- Experience in inventory and cost analysis
- Familiarity with fleet or inventory management software
- Experience with FASTER software is highly preferred
- Must hold a valid Colorado Driver License and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Must pass and maintain DOT physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
