Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager, Global Procurement – Facilities & Capital Equipment, will report to the Associate Director, Global Procurement – Facilities, Capital & Logistics (FC&L) and is responsible for developing and driving strategy for our responsible categories such as facilities services, capital equipment, and construction. They work collaboratively with teammates as well as cross-functionally with partners across all Regeneron campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with others to solve issues of diverse scope and provide analysis considering current business trends.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and produce high-quality work.
- Negotiate internally and externally to get the best value for Regeneron.
- Draft and negotiate contracts (regional/global), while working with internal legal department to bring Regeneron to the next step.
- Develop and implement category strategies for area of responsibility, including development and management of RFx, supplier selection, etc. to ensure top performance validated by Regeneron KPIs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of meaningful FC&L sourcing experience.
- Strong understanding of sourcing contracting, ERP, RFx, and MS Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with outstanding results.
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects and be on site 5 days a week.
