Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Specialist to join our team at HazTek Inc. As a key member of our safety management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety compliance and best practices on our commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure OSHA compliance and implement best practices.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and complete accident reports and investigations.
- Ensure all personnel wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and conduct daily safety audits and inspections.
- Inspect power tools and heavy equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience required.
- OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and excellent verbal and written skills.
- First Aid/CPR certified and ability to embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, and Accountability.
