Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a geographic territory, providing overall responsibility within an account, and driving sales growth for core lab diagnostic products. You will serve as the primary contact and quarterback, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.

Your Expertise:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a track record of success in the med tech industry, specifically in laboratory diagnostics. You will have a strong understanding of product lines, markets, and competitors, as well as excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals specific to geographic territory
  • Serve as primary contact and quarterback within account
  • Assume product ownership and responsibility of all diagnostic business units
  • Collaborate with internal teammates and stakeholders
  • Develop and grow an opportunity funnel of competitive/prospective customers and current Siemens Healthineers customers
  • Lead business reviews and update account plans based on changing market conditions
  • Maintain and grow capital equipment and diagnostic reagent business across all LD product lines
  • Grow share of wallet within current customer base through competitive conversions, menu expansion, and add assay opportunities
