Financial Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join our team at Alera Group. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in assisting with new client onboarding, conducting review meetings with existing clients, and supporting our Advisors in growing and enhancing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Advisors with client inquiries and processing of new business
  • Provide excellent client service to existing clients
  • Manage and retain strong client relationships
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients
  • Communicate the full range of the company's services and capabilities to clients
  • Responsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systems
  • Attend evening educational workshops and introduce the main speaker or do the main presentation
Requirements:
  • College degree and 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
