Position Overview

The Senior Security Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering operational assistance and planning for executive security measures within a collaborative team setting.

This position will involve supporting threat management initiatives and emergency response protocols, serving as the primary contact for visitors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both employees and visitors.
  • Develop and implement site-specific security incident protocols tailored to the work environment, ensuring consistency across all operational areas.
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with building management, vendors, and external security collaborators.
  • Maintain an organized database of security team assets, equipment, training certifications, and relevant security information.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Provide security briefings to senior leadership within the organization.
  • Assist in executive protection operations as needed.
  • Engage in Administrative Team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Document all security incidents and projects in a comprehensive log.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
