Securitas Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our clients, ensuring the safety and security of their assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of security professionals to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of security standards are met.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of security services with other business functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in a related field, such as criminal justice, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional-level experience in security management or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of law enforcement and/or military experience, security experience a plus.
  • Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry a plus.
  • Current state driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a Company vehicle required.
