About the Role

The Office Management Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the administrative operations of St. Maron Church.

This position involves performing a variety of clerical tasks, including drafting correspondence, planning events, and maintaining organized files.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and sending correspondences and other formal documents
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating events
  • Providing exceptional customer service to onsite guests
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Designing and implementing efficient filing systems
  • Completing additional office tasks as needed

Expected Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

  • Strong attention to detail
