About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. This role involves coordinating and performing maintenance and repairs to building systems, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and electrical systems.
  • Maintain facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
  • Develop and implement energy management programs to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-5 years of job-related experience preferred.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred; certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
  • Ability to lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
