Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Magic Coil Products in Butler, Indiana. This role involves working in a cubicle setting, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with the option to work one day a week from home after full training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Payments: Creating edits and invoices, posting cash to customer accounts, and reconciling outside inventory.
  • Account Maintenance: Organizing information for monthly credit meetings, maintaining various Excel spreadsheets, and setting up new customers.
  • Collections and Credit: Conducting collection calls if needed, collecting credit information for prospective customers, and cross-training for accounts payable/receiving and charting.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, requesting payment or setting up payment plans.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organization: Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and reports.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
