About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our sales team at Steven Kia. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike, and possess a keen understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; sales or hospitality experience preferred.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the automotive industry, including current trends and market conditions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
