Your Role:

  • Boost sales of AT&T Fiber Internet, Cellular Phone Services, and Direct TV to existing AT&T residential clients.
  • Receive quality lead lists targeting specific neighborhoods to engage with customers before visiting their homes.
  • Prospect and sell AT&T services within a designated territory.
  • Provide tailored solutions that align with customers' lifestyles, ensuring a top-notch customer service experience.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies, track progress, and report on sales and marketing outcomes.
  • Represent our client, AT&T, with positivity, empathy, and integrity.

Compensation Structure:

  • Bi-weekly pay periods, including base salary and commissions.
  • Mileage reimbursement available after an initial period.
  • DailyPay option – access up to 50% of your earnings daily or wait for the regular payday.
  • 50% discount on personal AT&T services.
  • Cellphone allowance included in your paycheck.
