Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will work under the guidance of an ABA supervisor to provide essential support to clients in various educational environments, including home, community, and school settings. Your role will involve implementing targeted behavior intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of individualized behavior treatment plans as developed by the BCBA.
- Provide both one-on-one and group instruction, delivering intensive behavioral interventions in diverse settings.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
- Identify clients who may benefit from additional support in developing movement and self-care skills.
- Facilitate activities aimed at enhancing clients' physical abilities, including balance, strength, and agility.
- Support clients in personal hygiene routines and the development of self-grooming skills.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and data collection, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with established protocols.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of child development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children and adults, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- High school diploma or equivalent; BCAT certification required within a specified timeframe.

Work Environment:
The position is primarily conducted in an indoor office setting, with opportunities for community engagement. You will interact with various individuals, requiring a balance of teamwork and independent work.

Physical and Mental Demands:
This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, carrying, and assisting clients in various tasks. Mental agility is required to respond effectively to diverse situations and challenges.
