  • Deliver one-on-one and group instruction in diverse settings, ensuring adherence to ABA principles to promote consistent care.
  • Assist clients in developing essential life skills, including personal hygiene and self-care routines.
  • Collect and maintain accurate records of client progress, contributing to the evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans.
  • Prepare instructional materials and set up learning environments to facilitate effective teaching.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with ABA methodologies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and foster positive relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BCAT certification is preferred or must be obtained shortly after hiring.
  • Strong understanding of child development and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors and promote positive social interactions among clients.

Work Environment: This position involves working in a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities for both independent and team-based tasks. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate client needs.
