Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will work under the guidance of the ABA supervisor to provide essential support to clients in various educational environments, including home, community, and school settings. Your role will involve implementing comprehensive behavior intervention strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the BCBA to execute individualized behavioral treatment plans, ensuring alignment with each client's educational and physical requirements.
2. Deliver one-on-one and group instruction, as well as intensive behavioral interventions in diverse settings.
3. Promote adherence to ABA principles across home, community, and school environments to facilitate consistent care.
4. Assist in identifying clients who require additional support in developing movement skills and personal hygiene practices.
5. Collect and document client progress, maintaining accurate records and implementing necessary behavioral modifications.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
2. BCAT certification is mandatory or must be obtained shortly after hiring.
3. Strong understanding of child development and behavior management techniques, particularly for children with special needs.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily conducted in an indoor office environment with moderate noise levels. Interaction with multiple individuals is frequent, and the role may involve occasional evening or weekend commitments.
