Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute various healthcare integrations necessitating direct communication with clients and vendors, including analysis, research, development, and collaboration on optimal reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (such as Customer Success Managers, Program Managers, Product, and Development teams) to ensure effective technical implementations.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to uncover defects and critical workflow gaps for new and customized product integrations. Collaborate with internal R&D teams and external vendors to facilitate necessary discussions for product prioritization and resolution.
- Organize and lead cross-functional events and meetings to gain insights into task execution and explore ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our organization.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials that encapsulate our operational standards.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, connecting diverse teams operating across various regions.
Typical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, particularly in managing technical projects with significant cross-functional dependencies.
- Advanced SQL skills, including analytic and advanced functions.
- Ability to read and comprehend code (Perl, Python, or other object-oriented languages).
- Quick and independent learner of new tools, systems, and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing numerous detail-oriented tasks while ensuring their accuracy and completion.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows or healthcare IT support is advantageous.
- Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
