Business Development Manager

At Paul Davis, we are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries and acquire new business opportunities
- Conduct regular business development activities, including cold calls, networking events, and attending trade shows
- Deliver presentations to potential clients about our restoration services and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM (Luxor CRM) and provide regular reporting to management
- Experience in commercial sales and an understanding of the disaster restoration industry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
