Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in our showroom, over the phone, and via email.
  • Assist customers with project planning, execution, and finalization according to deadlines.
  • Perform administrative and office support functions, including interacting with vendors, customers, and company personnel on technical matters.
  • Process incoming requests from multiple sources, including phone, email, and walk-in customers.
  • Communicate project expectations to production personnel and proactively liaise with customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Answer phones, provide general and specialized information, and assist customers with orders.
  • Draft and submit quotes and proposals, and organize and maintain records, files, and logs to support work processes.
  • Perform purchasing duties for designated materials, supplies, and services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
