Job Summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Talent Program Manager, Engagement & Recognition, to join the Talent Effectiveness team. This role will oversee the administration and measurement of employee appreciation and recognition programs, ensuring the best employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and measure employee appreciation programs and systems.
  • Provide day-to-day support and customer service for recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and develop timely and strategic initiatives to boost appreciation and gratitude.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of leader education and systems documentation.
  • Monitor performance and usage metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong program management and change communication skills.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with recognition programs, HR technology, or system administration.
