Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in delivering successful Digital Transformation Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, establish clear objectives, and coordinate project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand project impact on the strategic roadmap and align project execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support project adoption and utilization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading projects with proven tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Working experience in semiconductor industry or sophisticated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge in supply chain management and experience working with global teams.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
