Key Responsibilities:

- Work in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members, and customers of all types.
- Share responsibilities for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment.
- Maintain general upkeep of work area and maintain a safe environment.
- Observe and address potential environmental hazards and risks.
- Maintain and promote professionalism.
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance, and other assigned work time metrics.
- Adhere to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards.
- May provide break coverage for others as assigned.
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit.
- Maintain files, logs, and records.
- Maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information.
- Ensure employees and resources complete assigned training and development.
- Maintain knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and SOPs for assigned area.
- Mentor, coach, develop, and assist in training in assigned area.
- Train staff as needed.
- Create training manuals for assigned area staff and continuously update with improved processes.
- Assign, review, monitor, and ensure performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility.
- Participate in candidate selection process.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff.
- Review and document work effectiveness of assigned staff.
- Coach and correct assigned staff through performance deficiencies.
- Observe and document work behaviors of assigned staff.
- Ensure cooperative and respectful work relationship of assigned staff, including interpersonal training and resolving internal issues.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines for assigned work area.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Assist in development and implementation of surveys and inventories designed to measure program effectiveness, assist in the analysis of outcomes and needs assessment, serve as the Performance Improvement Office for the facility.
- Assist in development and implementation of policy and procedures, annual and strategic plans to meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Director in the development of adult residential services, including varied levels of care and intensity of services.
- Provide crisis intervention and informational services as required.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a mental health-related discipline.
- Currently licensed therapist in Oklahoma in one of the following LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LADC-MH, LBP, or Psychologist.
- Completion of level one Core Leadership Training within 12 months of the hire or promotion date.
Working Conditions:
- Mental health treatment facility.
- Sometimes lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
- May be on-call.
- May be required to work after hours or on weekends as needed.
- Travel is primarily within Chickasaw Nation boundaries.
- May be required to assist individuals who are emotionally disturbed.
- Pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must not have charges or arrests for substance abuse-related offenses within the past two years.
- Works in a residential treatment facility.
