Transforming Procurement with AI and Digital Innovation

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. We're seeking a talented Program Manager - AI & Digital Transformation to join our Global Procurement team.

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic projects and/or programs that leverage AI and digital transformation to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to build trusted partnerships, analyze data to realize distinct and measurable benefits, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the procurement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Intelligent Automation Workflows and technologies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of AI and digital transformation projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the procurement team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for Automation/AI applications.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that can be used to improve automation processes.
  • Maintain documentation for AI projects, including requirements and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with latest market trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • BTech and MS/MBA degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Automation/AI or Machine learning technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, geographically distributed and dynamic environment.
