Position Overview

Starlight Homes is dedicated to crafting residences tailored for first-time buyers, ensuring that the journey to homeownership is accessible and seamless. Our team of New Home Sales Managers plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through every phase of their home-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Oversee sales activities within designated communities, ensuring effective processes are in place.
  • Mortgage Oversight: Monitor and influence mortgage investments to align with company goals.
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office functions, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
Major Duties
  • Sales Agent Development: Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Encourage agents to establish and maintain connections with real estate professionals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance sales techniques and processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in sales management, particularly in new home sales.
  • Proven track record in direct sales roles.
  • Experience in the homebuilding industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions.
