Key Responsibilities
As our Lead Civil Engineering Specialist, you will be tasked with managing diverse engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Expanding and enhancing our engineering services by identifying and creating business opportunities.
  • Overseeing and assigning tasks to team members to ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Defining project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drafting proposals and marketing services to secure and retain clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of seven years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably within a consulting environment, is required. Additionally, you should:
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in project design and management.
  • Hold a professional engineer (P.E.) license or show the potential to obtain licensure shortly after joining.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge in site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems, and roadway design for various site types.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Be a collaborative team player with a talent for mentoring.
  • Show a commitment to delivering customized solutions and exceeding client expectations.
