Job Duties:
  1. Provide professional service to clients, carrier representatives, and business partners, resulting in high levels of account retention.
  2. Answer and resolve service requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of HUB products and services.
  4. Work collaboratively with producers and account executives to deliver HUB services to assigned clients.
  5. Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve complex service issues.
  6. Document transactions and update broker management systems as required.
  7. Support and mentor lower-level colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Requisite insurance license.
  • Four-year college degree preferred, coupled with at least two years of applicable commercial lines experience.
  • Strong ability to listen, discern, and prioritize with clients, colleagues, and carrier representatives.
  • Comprehend and follow instructions; maintain attention and concentration for necessary periods.
  • Above-average written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
