**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Manage the entire account-service process
* Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals
* Process certificates, endorsements, and other documents
* Coordinate premium financing and collect premiums, as needed
**Required Skills:**
* At least 3 years of experience in an insurance Account Management role
* Excellent oral and written English communication skills
* Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
* Ability to work in a team environment
* High level attention to detail
* Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB International Midwest Limited
