Position Summary
The Customer Service Reception Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact at our corporate office. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service by managing customer inquiries through various communication channels. The Coordinator will efficiently direct customers to the relevant department or location.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors and staff upon entry to the office.
- Handle incoming calls and screen customer inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or branch.
- Collaborate with branch personnel to address and resolve customer issues.
- Record customer interactions, detailing concerns and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their issues have been addressed.
- Provide support to the accounting team with data entry and accounts payable tasks as necessary.
- Serve as a backup for administrative tasks and mailroom duties.

Additional Duties
- Offer general office assistance, including file maintenance, data entry, supply ordering, and invoicing.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong telephone etiquette showcasing professionalism, patience, and active listening.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-sufficient.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking.
- Computer literacy, including keyboarding, 10-key, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in reception or customer service roles.

Work Environment
- Office setting with minimal travel required for training purposes.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, perform typing tasks, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
