Work Schedule:

Customer support personnel typically work a 5-day week, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday. Observed holidays on Mondays may result in a shortened workweek. General company hours are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, including a half-hour lunch break, though individual team hours may vary and can be flexible with mutual agreement.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary of $52,000
  • Increased to $57,200 following the completion of the probationary period
