Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Division Manager to oversee the Residential Operations team at Williams Plumbing / Civil Construction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of residential projects while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives
  • Monitor monthly P&L statements, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to ensure profitability
  • Supervise project managers and superintendents, providing guidance throughout all phases of preconstruction and construction projects
  • Manage project schedules, manpower, and other resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and meet client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the mechanical contracting industry, with a strong understanding of preconstruction and construction processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
