Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee staff performance, including attendance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable tasks efficiently.
  • Engage in the center's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, including the execution and oversight of related Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs).
  • Work to enhance revenue streams, including ancillary services.
  • Conduct Labor and Workforce Planning, adhering to PPD budgeting and ensuring compliance with federal staffing regulations.
  • Supervise the management of Resident Trust accounts.
  • Administer Risk Management and Safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, including HIPAA and Resident Rights.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Washington State NHA license is required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English is essential.
