Available Shifts and Hours:
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work a Part-Time, Day and Evening flex schedule, with 32 hours per week. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts.

Training and Orientation:
Belmont is committed to providing comprehensive training and orientation to all new-hire RNs. Our 6-day hospital-wide orientation is designed to ensure a smooth transition into our team. Following orientation, new RNs will spend 2 weeks in unit orientation with a preceptor, where they will gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the physical and behavioral health needs of patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide and coordinate care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address patient needs.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Current Mandated Reporting Training and CPR certification required.
  • Previous psych nursing experience highly preferred.
