Collaborating closely with the Global Treasurer and senior management, this team is responsible for crafting and implementing the firm's central funding strategy and serves as the primary liaison for all business units through Treasury's global coverage model. Key responsibilities include:
  • Formulating and continuously refining the firm's liability management strategy, focusing on cost efficiency, channel diversification, maturity profiles, and impacts on liquidity and capital metrics.
  • Engaging in fundraising initiatives such as benchmark debt and preferred equity issuances, and managing existing unsecured debt through buybacks and tenders.
  • Driving growth in the Corporate Treasury's Deposit Management program through proactive client engagement, deal structuring, and negotiation of funding agreements.
  • Building analytical models and frameworks, conducting scenario analyses to inform liability management and resource allocation decisions based on liquidity availability and cost structures.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across Global Banking and Markets, Asset and Wealth Management, and Platform Solutions to optimize the deployment of the firm's balance sheet and facilitate new product launches.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and analyses of funding strategies for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory authorities.

  • Understanding of financial institution reports and liquidity and capital requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing high-quality presentation materials for senior executives.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual comfortable in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is competitive, with additional eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Benefits:
